Terms of Service
Last updated: April 12, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Trice (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
Trice is a B2B SaaS platform designed for brand managers, marketing teams, and agencies managing influencer marketing campaigns.
2. Description of Service
Trice provides tools for:
- Managing influencer content approvals and workflows
- Coordinating publication schedules with creators
- Verifying content publication and compliance
- Pulling post-performance analytics via connected social media accounts
3. Account Access
Trice operates on an invitation-only basis. Manager accounts are created by Trice administrators. Creator access is granted by brand managers via a secure portal link. There is no self-serve signup.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Connected Social Accounts
Creators may connect their Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube accounts to Trice via OAuth. By connecting a social account, you grant Trice access to your profile data, post-performance analytics, and the ability to publish approved campaign content as described in our Privacy Policy.
You may revoke this access at any time through your social platform’s settings or by contacting support@usetrice.com.
When you connect your Instagram account and schedule a post through Trice, Trice will publish that specific approved content to your account at the confirmed go-live time. Trice only publishes content that has been:
- Approved inside the Trice platform by your campaign manager
- Scheduled at a time confirmed by both you and your manager
- Authorised by you through Instagram’s official OAuth permission flow
Trice will never publish unapproved content, access your direct messages, view your followers list, delete existing posts, or modify any content outside of the approved campaign deliverable.
You may cancel or reschedule any scheduled post at any time before the confirmed go-live time directly inside the Trice platform.
5. Scheduled Publishing
When you connect your Instagram account and confirm a go-live date with your manager, Trice will automatically publish your approved content at that time on your behalf.
You understand and agree that:
- The caption, format, and content published will be exactly as approved inside the Trice platform
- You may cancel or reschedule before the confirmed go-live time with a reason
- Once the go-live time has passed and the post has been published, Trice cannot unpublish or modify the content
- Trice is not responsible for Instagram platform outages or API limitations that may prevent or delay publishing at the exact scheduled time
- In the event of a publishing failure, you will be notified immediately with instructions to publish manually
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the Service
- Use the Service to transmit harmful, offensive, or misleading content
- Reverse engineer any part of the Service
7. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Trice platform are owned by Trice and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Content submitted by users (scripts, videos, captions) remains the intellectual property of the respective creator or brand. Trice claims no ownership over user-generated content.
8. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy at usetrice.com/privacy.

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trice shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service for any user who violates these Terms or whose use of the Service is determined to be harmful to other users or to Trice.
